It's Wednesday again, what means it is time for showing what I ate today ;-) Unfortunately I forgot to take my camera with me (I wasn't at home today) and so I only could take pictures with a smartphone camera.
Well, here in Germany it's already time to sleep and I have to get up early tomorrow, so I wish everyone a good night or an amazing day!
Vegan Wednesday #56 - 11.9.2013
For breakfast I had apple cinnamon oatmeal mixed with soy yogurt and topped with frozen raspberries.
Snack: Some dates and this bowl of soy yogurt, one sliced banana and peanut butter.
Lunch before work: mixed salad on the go.
Dinner: two huge plates of mixed salad and vegetable stir-fry (kale, butternut, turnip cabbage, bell pepper, potato) with tofu sausage.

All your meals look delicious and beautiful! I ate so badly yesterday (I blame my woman times)...but your post has inspired me to get some actual food-food in my body today!
