Unfortunately, I didn't make it to blog yesterday but today I'm back with the vegan Version of "What I ate Wednesday".
Vegan Wednesday #55 - 4.9.2013
Breakfast: apples, pears and buckwheat-flax-seed-porridge; before I went to the gym I had a banana and a handful of walnuts, too!

Post-Workout: Sunwarrior proteinshake, two big peaches and three apples from my grandma's garden

On the road/lunch snack: bruschetta and green tea

Dinner: lemon quinoa with grilled eggplant, onion and bell pepper
